音が出ない
端末の音量と、本体横の「サイレント（消音）スイッチ」をご確認ください。画面を一度タップすると音が始まります。
記録は保存される？
学習の記録は端末の中に自動保存されます。そのままでは別の端末に引き継がれませんが、アプリ内の「プレイヤー設定」からバックアップコードを発行すれば、別の端末で読み込んで移行できます。
インターネットは必要？
最初に一度ひらけば、そのあとはオフライン（ネットなし）でも遊べます。
ホーム画面に追加したい
ブラウザの共有メニューから「ホーム画面に追加」を選ぶと、アプリのように使えます。
住んでいる県を選び直したい
右上の「🧰 もっと」→「📍 すんでる ところ」から、いつでも選び直せます。
フル版を買うには？（無料でどこまで遊べる？）
無料のまま、宇宙→自分の住む場所の探検・タップで学ぶ・図鑑（星・星座・国・都道府県）・きょうの空・ミニゲーム・みまもりはたっぷり遊べます。フル版（¥980・買い切り）で、各種クイズ・コレクション・じぶんの ほしづくりがぜんぶ開きます。購入は「🧰 もっと → 🔓 こうにゅう・ふっかつ」から、おうちの方が保護者ゲートを通して行います。
別の端末でフル版を使いたい／購入の復元コードをなくした
購入時に表示される「購入の ふっかつコード」を保管し、別端末の「🔓 こうにゅう・ふっかつ → こうにゅうを ふっかつ」に入力すると、その端末でもフル版になります（学習記録のふっかつコードとは別物です）。コードを紛失した場合は、Stripe からの購入メール（領収書）を添えて info@rsp-company.co.jp までご連絡ください。

おもに 4〜8歳（年中〜小学校低学年）むけ。おうちの方と一緒でも、ひとりでも楽しめます。読み書きが苦手でも、絵と音声で遊べます。
ねらい：宇宙から自分の住む場所までを連続したズームで行き来し、「自分が世界のどこにいるか」「何が何の中にあるのか」というつながりを体で感じます。（画面上の大きさ・距離は見やすさを優先しており、実際の縮尺どおりではありません。）惑星・世界の国・日本の都道府県の名前や特徴にも親しめます。

Tap to start. Use the scale bar on the left (Galaxy → Solar System → Earth → Japan → Prefecture → You) to move between levels — everything zooms continuously from the universe down to where you live. Tap the cards at the bottom to visit planets, countries or prefectures; use the scale bar on the left to step up a level. Globe = countries (flag quiz); Japan map = prefectures (shape quiz). If it freezes, close and reopen. No sound? Check the volume / silent switch and tap the screen once. Progress is saved on the device only. After the first load it works offline.
For ages 4–8. Goal: feel where you are in the world and how each thing nests inside something bigger, by zooming continuously from the galaxy down to where you live. (On-screen sizes and distances are simplified for visibility, not drawn to actual scale.) Planet/Moon/Sun images: Solar System Scope (CC BY 4.0); other galaxies: M101, M51 & the Tadpole (NASA/ESA Hubble); Earth & Japan: NASA satellite imagery. Some constellation illustrations: Stellarium (Johan Meuris, Free Art License). The Milky Way image is an artist's impression (illustration), not a real photo. Figures are based on published real values. No ads and no gacha. Children's learning data stays on the device and is never sent. Not formally supervised by an institution.
Free vs. full version. Exploring (galaxy → your town), tap-to-learn, atlases (stars, constellations, countries, prefectures), today's sky, mini-games and the family report are free. The full version (one-time ¥980) unlocks all quizzes, the collection and the star-maker. Buy it from "More → 🔓 Purchase / Restore" behind a simple parent gate — kids never reach checkout directly. Only purchase info (e.g. a checkout session id) is sent to our server when buying or restoring — no personal or learning data. Keep your purchase restore code to unlock on another device (separate from the learning backup code); if you lose it, email us with your Stripe receipt.
